At Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi, leadership responsibilities are shared across a dedicated team of senior leaders, heads of phase, heads of learning areas and specialist coordinators. Together, they work to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, wellbeing, safeguarding, inclusion and school improvement across all campuses.
